Join us Saturday August 4th for our 9thAnnual Kids Triathlon.
Open to CLIA members ages 5 to 14.
Sign up at the Lake by Friday August 3rd.
5/6 year olds: shallow end swim to rope, bike 2 laps around the parking lot circle, run 1 lap
7/8 year olds: 25 meter swim, 1 mile bike, ½ mile run
9/10 year olds: 50 meter swim, 2 mile bike, ½ mile run
11/12 year olds: 50 meter swim, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run
13/14 year olds: 100 meter swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run
ALL participants must wear a bike helmet on the course, including adults. NO EXCEPTIONS
All participants 7 and 8 years old must have an adult accompany them on the bike and run.
All participants must be at the lake at 10:00AM to pick up their number, set up their bikes, and get the race instructions. Race will start promptly at 11:00AM sharp!

** Each 1 mile loop is the entire loop as described below. The kids come back into the parking lot to turn around for the new loop (2 miles=2 loops, 3 miles=3 loops)**
**The ½ mile loop starts the same as the mile loop but turns around at the corner of Walker and Kraft, shortly after turning onto Kraft. It will be clearly marked**
- LEFT out of the Cupsaw Lake parking lot
- RIGHT on Duffy
- RIGHT on Kraft Place (*1/2 mile will turn around shortly)
- LEFT on Hare and continue LEFT on Walker Drive, continue around Walker
- RIGHT on Kraft
- LEFT on Duffy
- LEFT on Cupsaw
- RIGHT into Cupsaw Lake parking lot
