Cupsaw Weekend FAQs

Get ready for the best weekend of the summer.  Join us Friday, Saturday and Sunday,

August 3rd  -5th,  for nonstop FUN.

Please see above for the entire schedule, but here are answers to some frequently asked questions.

Remember all activities can only be won by Cupsaw Lake Members:

Fab Friday: The Big Splash/Little Splash is open to both kids and adults.  See who makes the biggest and littlest splash

Lake Swim:  Both the adults and kids swim from the dam on the far side of the lake to the diving boards.  Every adult and child must have someone boating alongside them, regardless of your swimming ability.  Kids must do a buoy test swim prior to Saturday with a counselor.

Kids Triathlon:  You must sign up down at the lake by Friday at 8:00pm.  The 5 and 6 year olds do not leave the Cupsaw property.  Our 7 and 8 year olds must have a responsible adult on the course with them.  All participants must have a shirt to wear during the race to pin their number on and must be at the lake by 10:00 am to register.  There will be adults along the course to help the kids if they need it.  All riders, including adults must wear helmets.  Please let Tricia know if you are available to help.  Only Cupsaw kids may participate in this event.

Lunch:  Our Hoagie lunch will be on Saturday.  Slices of large hoagie for sale

Sand Games, Swimming and Diving:  All Cupsaw members (adults and kids) are encouraged to participate in all the events.  Guests are welcome to play but cannot win.  There will be a kickboard division for the swim races for our 5 and 6 year olds who cannot swim the 25 lanes by themselves.

Adult Volleyball:  Please form teams prior to Saturday night.  All teams must have at least 2 women.  Teams may not have any more than two non-Cupsaw members.   All players must be over 18.

Sunday: There is a full day of events this year that will continue the fun all day Sunday.  Look at the schedule for horseshoes, kayaking, home run derby, free throw contest, Yoga and more.

New for this year is a teen Volleyball tournament:  Please form teams of 6-7 teens.  Kids must be entering 8th grade, and no older than graduating high school.  Only one non Cupsaw member is allowed per team.
